Guilt-Free Chocolate Ice Cream
Gone are the days of ice cream-induced guilt. Treat yourself without feeling bad!
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 2 frozen bananas
- ½ cup skim milk
- ¾ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ scoop chocolate protein powder*
- 2 tbsp instant chocolate pudding mix (I use Jell-O brand)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
*The amount of protein powder you use will depend on the size of the scoop. I use Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein.
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until all ingredients are well incorporated. Ice cream should be thick and even in texture.
- Empty contents into an airtight container and freeze for at least two hours. Or, if you’d rather have a milkshake, enjoy right away!

Helpful Tips
- Change up the flavor by using a different protein and/or pudding flavors.
- Slice the bananas before freezing. It will make for easier blending! You can use fresh bananas rather than frozen, it will just take longer to freeze at the end.
